This recruitment approach is normally utilised when making Management appointments of a more general nature or where the skills required are typically easily transferable or widely available in the marketplace. Our role as experts in management selection is to assist the client from the initial development of the job description to the final selection of the successful candidates.
Normally when conducting assignments on a selection basis the following approach is adopted:
- Meeting with client to discuss the brief.
- Recruitment proposal including draft advertisement, recommended media, job and person specification etc.
- Place advertisement in suitable media, application response administration, consultant conducts preliminary interviews.
- Client interviews.
- Consultant assists client with salary negotiations, employment contract, reference checks etc.
