





Normally this recruitment methodology is undertaken when making senior management appointments.
This approach utilises proven research and network techniques resulting in the client receiving the best possible shortlist for the position.
Normally when conducting assignments on a search basis the following approach is adopted:
- Meeting with client to discuss brief.
- Recruitment proposal including job description, person specification etc.
- Preparation and presentation to client of Executive Search List (i.e potential candidate head hunt list)
- Consultant interview and shortlist preparation.
- Client interviews.
- Consultant assists in salary negotiations, employment contract, reference checking etc.
Search Fees Normally Range from 20 -33% of the basic annual salary and are dependent on the complexity and geographical spread of the assignment. Assignments are on a retained fee basis only.
