  What is the Talent GYM ?

The Talent GYM comprises a battery of structured exercises which are managed and evaluated by a team of experienced assessors.  The exercises are determined and designed in close consultation with the client’s senior management team to be highly relevant to the roles under scrutiny.  The latest psychometric tools are also used including measuring key emotional intellegence competencies.

  How is the Talent GYM carried out?

The Talent GYM typically requires delegates to participate in a one day programme away from the workplace.  For each participant the outputs of each exercise are carefully cross-compared by the assessment team who use this broad spectrum of information to generate the final report.  Importantly, this process of using multiple sources of evidence of job-related skills and behavioural traits means that the resulting conclusions are much more reliable than, say, an individual manager’s opinion, or the observations from a single interview.
